Let other number is x,

According to the question,

 -  \frac{4}{3}  \times x =  -  \frac{16}{9}  \\  \\  \frac{4}{3}  \times x =  \frac{16}{9}  \\  \\  \\ x =  \frac{ \frac{16}{9} }{ \frac{4}{3} }  \\   \\  \\ x =  \frac{16}{9}  \times   \frac{3}{4}  \\  \\  \\  x =  \frac{4}{3}

Other number is 4/3

I hope this will help you
