Given:

  • Product of two Rational numbers is -20/9.
  • One of the number is 4 .

To Find:

  • The other number.

Answer:

Given that product of two Rational numbers is -20/9 and one of them is 4 .

Let us take other number be x .

Atq ,

\sf{\implies x \times 4=\dfrac{-20}{9}}

\sf{\implies x = \dfrac{\cancel{-20}}{9\times \cancel{4}}}

\bf{\leadsto x =\dfrac{-5}{9}}

Hence the other Rational number is -5/9.
