as \:  \: per \:  \: given \\  \frac{7}{5}  \times  \frac{x}{y}  =  -  \frac{21}{40}  \\ so \\  \frac{x}{y}  =  -  \frac{21}{40}  \times  \frac{5}{7}  \\  \frac{x}{y}  =  -  \frac{3}{8}

So the no. will be -3/8
