=> x = ( 28 / 27 ) ÷ ( 4 / 9 )

=> x = ( 28 / 27 ) × ( 9 / 4 )

=> x = ( 28 / 4) × ( 9 / 27 )

=> x = 7 × ( 1 / 3 )

=> x = ( 7 / 3 )

Hence, the other rational number is ( 7 / 3 ) .
