➤ Answer :-

{\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{7}{9}  \times  \sf(x) \tt =  \dfrac{( - 4)}{27}}

To find the value of 'x' in the following question, we should divide the answer and the first value........

{\sf \longrightarrow (x) \tt =  \dfrac{( - 4)}{27}  \div  \dfrac{7}{9}}

To divide these both fractions, first we should take the reciprocal of the second value i.e, {\tt\dfrac{7}{9}} and multiply both of them........

{\tt \longrightarrow \dfrac{( - 4)}{27}  \times  \dfrac{9}{7}  =  \dfrac{( - 4) \times 9}{27 \times 7}}

{\tt \longrightarrow  \dfrac{( - 36)}{189} =  \boxed{ \tt\dfrac{( - 4)}{21}}}

\Huge\thereforeThe answer is {\tt\dfrac{(-4)}{21}}.
