Let the other number be x

therefore, -4/5 = -1/5 * x

[-4/5] / [-1/5] = x

-4/5 * 5/-1 = x        reciprocal

-4/-1=x

x=4

Answer:

The answer will be 4.

Step-by-step explanation:

We have given;

                      First number :  -1/5;

                      Product of two numbers :  -4/5;

Let x be the second number.

Hence, the second number or x will be:

                              ⇒ x * -1/5 = -4/5;

                              ⇒  x  =  (-4/5) / (-1/5) ;

                              ⇒ x = 4 ;

Hence, the second number will be 4.

That's all.
