The product of two rational numbers is 6. If one of the number is 14/3, find the other number.

Bonjour!

Product of rational no. = 6

One rational no. = 14/3

Let other rational no. be "x"

So,

 =  >  \frac{14}{3}  \times x = 6 \\  \\  =  > x =6   \times \frac{3}{14}  \\  \\  =  >x =  \frac{18}{14}   \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{9}{7}

Therefore other rational no. is 9/7.
