Let, the two rational numbers be x and y

such that

x×y =  \frac{7}{9}

Given that, One of the two numbers (say x) is

x =  \frac{12}{49}

Substituting value of x into first equation

y \times  \frac{12}{49}  =  \frac{7}{9}

 \implies y =  \frac{7}{9}  \times  \frac{49}{12}

Therefore

 \implies y =  \frac{ {7}^{3} }{ {3}^{3}  {2}^{2} }  =  \frac{343}{108}
