Answer:

We know that the product of two rational numbers is \frac{5}{18}

let us assume that the two irrational numbers are \frac{p}{q} and \frac{a}{b}

now, given that one of the rational numbers is \frac{-3}{20} let us take \frac{p}{q} as \frac{-3}{20}

then,

\frac{a}{b} x \frac{p}{q} = \frac{5}{18}

\frac{a}{b} x \frac{-3}{20} = \frac{5}{18}

\frac{a}{b} = \frac{5}{18} x\frac{20}{-3}

\frac{a}{b} = \frac{5}{9} x \frac{-10}{3} = \frac{-50}{21}

so, \frac{a}{b} = \frac{-50}{21} (or) \frac{8}{21} +(-2)

Hope it helps xD
