Heya ____

Answer _____

⚪ No, in this case production manager can not blame the foreman if he is not able to achieve the desired target ...

Reason _____

⚪ Because in this case he give the contract to foreman to produce 200 units per day but its his responsibility to attain that limit as a manager...

⚪ He have to provide him raw materials , and labours so that he can do his work but if he is not able to do that so he is also responsible...

⚪ So , here is a need to create balance between the working authority and leading authority...

Thank you
