Let the share = x

then, 3x, 4x and 8x

as per the question:

3x+4x+8x = 75,000 ( we added this because, all the shares add up to the amount )

15x = 75,000

x= 75,000/15

x= 5,000

hence, the shares are:

1) 3x = 3*5000=15,000

2) 4x =4*5000=20,000

3) 8x =8*5000=40,000.
