Silent minds people are more effective and important than the ones who always talk.

When a person is silent in a group but all else are talking that person is either not interested or just wants to listen without talking.

Silent people are the ones whose answers have more value than the one who keeps talking always for ex in a meeting if a grp of people are talking continuously and a silent person talks he/she is given the most attention and value. It's not said that silent people are laid back people you never know how intelligent and powerful they are.
