Solution :-

We know that,

Product of mean = Product of extremes

Here, we will multiply the two extreme numbers and equate to product of the numbers in the between and then we will find the value of x :-

→ x × 36 = 72 × 12

→ 36x = 72 × 12

→ x = 72 × 12 / 36

→ x = 36 × 2 × 12 / 36

→ x = 2 × 12

→ x = 24

Value of x = 24
