Formula of finding quadratic equation is

k (x^2-Sx+P) (Sx- sum of zeroes)

(P- product of zeroes)

Sum of zeroes - (-3)+(-11)

= -14

Product of zeroes - (-3)(-14)

= 42

The quadratic equation is

x^2-14x+42
