You can write it in the following way

x^2+(b/a)x+c/a

If alpha and beta are two zeroes, then

alpha+beta=-(b/a) and alpha×beta=c/a

Since, both the zeroes lie on the postage x axis ( in 1st quadrant).... We many conclude that the zeroes pf polynomial are positive and more than zero (from origin) , so the value of a will be any natural number.
