Sum of zeros = (α+β)=1+(-3)=-2. Product of zeros = αβ=1×(-3)=-3.

sum of zeros= 1/2-2/3

=-1/6

product of zero=1/2×(-2/3)

=-1/6

=x^2+1/6x-1/6

=6x^2+x-1
