AC and BD are two diagonals bisect each

other

perpendicularly.

AC = 48 m,

BD = 32 m

OB = OD = BD/2 = 32/2 = 16 m

Area of the quadrilateral = Area of ACD+ area of ABC

= ½ × AC × OD + ½ AC × OB

= ½ x 48 x 16+ ½ x 48 x 16

=24 x 16 + 24

= 384 + 384

= 768 m²

Therefore,

Area of the quadrilateral = 768 m²
