To improve the accuracy company should provide vestibule training to its workers.

The above problem show that the workers of the factory and not fully aware about the operation of the machinery.

 

**Vestibule training : It is an off the job training method. The trainee is taught  here the use of machinery and perform the required job. The trainee gets both theoretical (in a classroom) and practical knowledge(on the equipment) .
