Proper Noun --> England, Buckingham, Queen

Common Noun --> palace

NOTE: Queen here is proper noun as it will begin with a capital Q. Also Queen here denotes to a particular Queen

The queen will be common noun, but here they have given The queen of England. So it will be a proper noun. Also, Buckingham palace will be a proper noun, as it is a specific one.
