To Find:

Relation between John and Mary.

Solution:

Mary is daughter of Paula's brother-in-law.

As Paula is not having siblings so Mary is daughter of brother of her husband.

Her husband is John, So Mary is the daughter of brother of John.

So John is the uncle of Mary.

Hence John is the uncle of Mary.
