\huge\underline\mathfrak\blue{Answer}

\boxed{No\:,\:l\:is\:not\:parallel\:to\:m}

\huge\underline\mathfrak\blue{Explanation}

Let we suppose l is parallel to m.

So, Angle 1 + Angle 2 = 180° ( Co - interior angles )

But, Angle 1 = Angle 3 ( vertically opposite angles )

Therefore, Angle 1 = 60° ( Because Angle 3 = 60° that is given )

Here,

Angle 1 + Angle 2 ≠ 180°

60° + 60° ≠ 180°

Hence, l is not parallel to m.

Therefore, our supposition is wrong.
