log \times \frac{a}{b}  =  \frac{log \: a}{log \: b}

( \frac{log \: 2}{log \: e} )( \frac{log \:  {s}^{4} }{ log_{x}() }  =  \frac{log \: 10}{log \: e}

log \:  =  \frac{4 \: log \: 5}{log \: x}

 =  \frac{4log \: x \: }{1}

 log(5)  =  log(x)

so,
