We know that,
Circumference of circle = 2×22/7×r
C1 = 2×22/7×19
= 836/7
C2 = 2×22/7×9
= 396/7
Sum of Circumference = C1+C2
= 836/7 + 396/7
= 1232/7
= 176
Circumference of circle formed = 176
2×22/7×r = 176
44/7×r = 176
r = (176×7)/44
r = 1232/44
r = 28
So the radius of circle whose circumference is equal to sum of circumference of two circle = 28.
