the radiai of the base of a cylinder and a cone are in the ratio 3:4 and they height are in the ratio 2:3 then show that they volume are in the ratio 9:8​

(radius of cylinder):(radius of cone)=3:4

so radius of cylinder =3K

radius of cone =4K

(K is an real no.)

and (height of cylinder):(height of cone)=2:3

so height of cylinder=2Y

height of cone=3Y

so ratio of their volume (π×9K²×2Y):(1/3×π×16K²×3Y)

so the ratio is (3×9×2)/(16×3)

=>9:8
