Answer:

surface area has doubled

Step-by-step explanation:

surface area of a circle is piD(multiply radius by 2)

7×2= 14

14×2=28

multiply them by pi and subtract them you will get 43.98 that is the difference.

Answer:

surface area of sphere=4πrsquare

radius =7cm

T.S.A of sphere=4×22/7×(7)square

=88/7×49

=88×7=12.57

total surface area of balloon when 7 cm radius=12.57cm sq.

TSA of balloon when radius 14cm=4πrsquare

=4×22/7×14square

=88/7×196

=88×28

=2564cm sq.

by comparing we get that balloon with radius 14 cm has more surface area than balloon with 7cm radius.
