now, Slant height= √(R-r)² + h
--> √(30 - 10)² + 24
--> √400+24
--> l = √424cm
now, π(R-r)l + πr²
--> 22/7(20) × √424 + 22/7 x 10 x 10
--> 4400√424 ÷ 7 + 2200÷7
--> 1971.147cm²
hence, cost= 1971 Rs (aprox)
