The radii of the curvature of the two spherical surfaces which is a lens of required focal length are not same. It forms image of an object. The surfaces of the lens facing the object and the image are interchanged. Will the position of the image change?​

Yes ,position of image will change as in the spherical surfaces from 2 lens if one is convex and other is concave so after interchanging them convex lens will become concave and the concave lens will become convex , so the image and object positions will also change gradually.
