Answer: 28 cm

Step-by-step explanation:circumference of the two circles...

1 circle= 2pie r

=2×22/7×19

=44×19//7

=836/7

2 circle = 2pie r

=2 × 22/7 ×9

=396/7

Sum = 836/7 + 396/7

=1232/7

Now finding a circles radiusnof circumference 1232/7

1232/7=2×22/7×r ( where r is the radius of the new circle which we have to find)

1232×7//7×2×22=r

r=1232/44

r=616/22

r = 308/11

r=28 cm

Hope it help
