r1=19cm
circumference of 1st circle=2*(22/7)*19=119.42cm
r2=9cm
circumference of 2nd circle=2*(22/7)*9= 56.57cm
circumference of new circle= 175.99cm
radius of new circle=r
2*(22/7)*r=175.99
r=175.99/(44/7)=27.99cm

it is given that (*find the radius*) and cricumference of the circle is equal to sum of the circumferences of the two circle so

2x22/2xr = 2x22/7xr1+2x22/7xr2

and in second step we take 2x22/7 as common

in the third step after cancelling 2x22/7

r=r1+r2 where as r1 is 19 and r2 is 9

r=19+9 after substitute & addition ans is

r=28 cm
