Radius of circle r1 = 19cm

Circumference of circle = 2πr1 = 2π(19)  ---- (1)

Radius of other circle r2 = 9cm

Circumference of other circle = 2πr2 = 2π(9)  ---- (2)

 Circumference of the unknown circle = 2π(19) + 2π(9) = 2π(28)  cm

Therefore radius = circumference / 2π = 2π(28)/2π = 28 cm

Area = πr²

    = 22/7 * 28 * 28

    = 2464 sq. cm.
