Given : radius of 2 circles = 48 cm and 13 cm
let one circle be A having radius 48 cm  and the other circle be B having radius 13 cm

circumference of circle A = (2 * 22/7*48) cm
                                       =301.71 cm
circumference of circle B =(2*22/7*13)cm
                                     =81.71cm
difference between the circumferences =(301.71-81.71)cm
                                                          =220 cm
so now lets consider a third circle C which has circumference equal to 220 cm
therefore , A.T.P
2*22/7*r=220
or,r=35
therefore, area of circle C = (22/7*35*35)cm
