Given that : The radius of two Circle = 9 cm and 12 cm.

As we know that : Area of the circle = πr²

Now, according to the question :

( \pi \times 9 \times 9) + ( \pi\times 12 \times 12) = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  \\  =  > \pi(81 + 144) = \pi {r}^{2}  \\  \\  =  >  {r}^{2}  = 225 \\  \\  =  > r = 15 \: cm

So, the radius of new circle will be 15 cm.
