hey let the ratio of radius be x

so one be ____,2x and another ______3x

circumference circle of radius 2x=2π2x____1

and again ""'"''"''''''''''''''''''''''''''''::'''':3x=2π.3x___2

hence the ratio of circumference of circle
divisde 1 and 2

then it become 2ः3

Formula for circumference = 2πr

Ratio of circumference = 2πr₁ / 2πr₂ = 2π2/2π3 = 2:3
