ratio of circumference
= 2πr1/2πr2
=r1/r2
=2/3
=2:3

=r1/r2

let the radii of two circles be r and R.
we have:
2πr/2πR=2/3;
r /R = 2 / 3;
now ratio of circumference of two circle:
C=2πr:2πR
then
2πr:2πR=r/R=2/3=2:3
Hence the required ratio is 2:3
