Step-by-step explanation:

given,

radius(cy 1) :radius(cy 2) = 3:2

so, r1 : r2 = 3 : 2

let, constant be x

so,r1 = 3x

r2= 2x

also given, height(cy 1) :height(cy2) = 5:3

let constant be y so,

h1 :h2 = 5:3

or,h1 = 5y

h2= 3y

csa(cy1) =2πr1.h1

csa(cy 2) =2πr2.h2

so their ratio = r1.h1 : r2.h2

=3x.5y : 2x.3y

=5:2 (ans)
