Answer:

The first cylinder radius =1

height =3

csa of cylinder =2πrh

=2×3.14×1×3

=18.84

The curved surface area of 1st cylinder =18.84

The second cylinder radius =3

height =2

csa of cylinder =2πrh

=2×3.14×3×2=37.68

The curved surface area of the 2nd cylinder =37.68

The ratio of their csa =18.84:37.68
