Ratio of their curved surface area is 3:4

Step-by-step explanation:

The radii of two cylinders are in ratio 3:4

Let the ratio be x

So, radii are 3x and 4x

Height of cylinders are 10 cm

Curved surface area of cylinder 1 = 2 \pi r h=2 \times \pi \times 3x \times 10

Curved surface area of cylinder 2=2 \pi r h = 2 \pi \times 4x \times 10

Ratio of curved surface area = \frac{2 \times \pi \times 3x \times 10}{2 \pi \times 4x \times 10}= 3:4

Hence  ratio of their curved surface area is 3:4
