According to my knowledge the solution will be :

Give -

The ratio of radius and height of two cylinder.

Radius = 2:3

Height = 5:3

To find -

Curved surface area of the cylinders.

Proof-

Let the radius be 2x and 3x.

Let their height be 5y and 3y.

Let r and h be the radius and height of first cylinder.

Let r1 and h1 be the radius and height of second cylinder.

Ratio of Curved surface area of cylinder =

 \frac{ \frac{r}{h} }{ \frac{ r1}{h1} }

 =  \frac{2x  \times 5y }{ 3x \:  \times 3y}

 =  \frac{10xy}{9xy}

 =  \frac{10}{9}

Hence curved surface area of the cylinder is

 =  \frac{10}{9}
