 \large\mathfrak \pink{Solution:-}

 \underline \mathbb{GIVEN:-}

Ratio of their radii = 2 : 3

Ratio of their heights = 5 : 2

 \underline \mathbb{TO  \: FIND:-}

Ratio of their volumes.

  \underline \mathbb{FORMULA:-}

Volume \:   of  \: a  \: cylinder =\pi \:  {r}^{2}  h

 \underline \mathbb{BY  \: THE  \: PROBLEM:-}

Volume \:   of  \: the \: first  \: cylinder =\pi \: ( {r _{1}})^{2}  h _{1} \:  \\  \\  \implies \: \pi \: \times   {2}^{2}  \times 5 \\  \\  \implies \: 20\pi

Volume \:   of  \: the \: second  \: cylinder =\pi \: ( {r _{2}})^{2}  h _{2} \:  \\  \\  \implies \: \pi \: \times   {3}^{2}  \times 2 \\  \\  \implies \: 18\pi

Ratio of their volumes = 20 π : 18 π = 10 : 9

\underline \mathbb{ANSWER:-}

Volume_{1}  : Volume_{2}  = 10:9
