the ratio of radius of cylinders = 2:3

let be the radius of first cylinder = 2x

and radius of second cylinder = 3x

the ratio of height of cylinders = 5:3

let be the hight of first cylinder = 5x

and the hight of second cylinder = 3x

then , covered surface area of first cylinder = 2πrh

=. 2×π×2x×5x

= 20πx²

covered surface area of second cylinder = 2πrh

=. 2×π×3x×3x

= 18πx²

then the ratio of covered surface area of cylinders = 20πx²÷18πx²

= 10/9

= 10:9
