volume \: of \: sphere = \pi {r}^{2} h \: cubic.units

Ratio of two cylinders =r1:r2= 2:3

Height of two cylinders=h1:h2 =5:3

Ratio of Volume of two cylinders=

\pi \: {(r1)}^{2} h \div \pi \: {(r2)}^{2} h

=

\pi \: {2}^{2} 5 \div \pi \: {3}^{2} 3

=20:27

so ans:20:27

Hope it helps you
