As volume is same, so πr^2h=πR^2H

π will get cancelled, so

r^2h=R^H

As they die of two circles is in the ratio 1:3,so

x^2h=3x^2H

x^2h=9x^2H

So by transposing the terms

x^2÷9x^2=H÷h

Then x square will get cancelled and we will get the ratio of 1:9

Hope this helps you
