R1 is the radius of 1st sphereand R2 is the radius of 2nd sphere.
then R1/R2=2/3. here R1=2R1/3
surface area of 1st sphere/surface area of 2nd sphere =4πR1^2/4πR2^2
=R1^2/R2^2
=(2×R2/3)^2/R2^2
=4:9
