Radii of two circles are 77 cm and 91 cm.

Too find which circle has longer circumference and by how much.

Solution :-

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

=> Circumference of first circle = 2 × 22/7 × 77

=> Circumference of first circle = 2 × 22 × 11

=> Circumference of first circle = 484 cm

Circumference of second circle = 2 × 22/7 × 91

=> Circumference of second circle = 2 × 22 × 13

=> Circumference of second circle = 572 cm

So, second circle has longer circumference by => 572 - 484 = 88 cm

Solution:-

Given:-

Radius of 1st Circle = 77cm.

Therefore, Circumference

 =  > 2\pi \: r  \\  \\  =  > 2  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 77 \\  \\  =  > 44 \times 11 \\  \\  =  > 484 \: cm

Now,

Radius of 2nd Circle = 91 cm.

Therefore, Circumference

 =  > 2\pi \: r \\  \\  =  > 2 \times   \frac{22}{7}  \times 91 \\  \\  =  > 44 \times 13 \\  \\  =  > 572cm

Hence,

Difference Between the Second and First Circle's Circumference = 572 - 484

=> 88cm.
