Answer:       Let The radius and height of a cylinder be 3x and 7x.

                     volume = 1584cm³

                       πr²h = 1584

                      22÷7×3x ×3x ×7x  =1584

                        22×9x²×x  = 1584

                                 9x³ = 1584/22

                                   x³ =  72/9

                                   x  =  ∛8

                                    x  = 2cm

                         The radius and height of a cylinder 3×2 = 6cm and 7×2 =14cm respectively.
