let the radius be 5x

then height be 7x

$volume = \pi{r}^{2}h$

$volume = \frac{22}{7} \times 5x \times 5x \times 7x$

$volume = \frac{22}{7} \times175 {x}^{3}$

$\frac{550 \times 7}{22 \times 175 } = {x}^{3}$

$1 = {x}^{3}$

$\sqrt[3]{1} = x$

x=1

radius=5x

=5

diameter =2r

=2×5

=10 cm
