let  \: radius = 3x \\ and \: height = 2x \\ vol \: of \: cylinder = \pi  {r}^{2}  h \\ 19404 = 22 \div 7 \times 3x \times 3x \times 2x \\ 19404  \times 7 \div 22 \times 18 =  {x}^{3}  \\  {x}^{3}  = 343 \\  \sqrt[3]{343 } = x \\ x = 7cm
