Given:

Radius to height ratio= 3:2

Volume = 19404

Find:

Radius and height

Solution:

Let radius be 3x and height 2x

The volume of the cylinder = πr²h

                                               = π (3x)²*2x

                                               = 18πx³

                                   19404  = 18*(22/7)*x³

                                           x³ = 343³

                                           ∴ x = 7 cm

∴ Radius = 3x =21 cm, Height = 2x = 14cm

Hence radius is 21 cm and height is 14 cm
