volume of the cylinder =  \pi  r^{2} h = 5346

as the ratio of radius and height is 3:4 lets take radius as 3r and height as 4r

 \pi *3r*3r*4r =5346 \\  \pi  r^{3} =  \frac{5346}{3*3*4}  \\  r^{3} =  \frac{5346*7}{3*3*4*22}  \\  r^{3} =47.25 \\  r = 6.87cm
