formula for volume of cylinder =

\pi {r}^{2} h

let the height be 2x and radius be 7x

volume =

\pi \times  {49x}^{2}  \times 2x \:

3.4 \times  {98x}^{3}   = 8316

 {x}^{3}  =  \frac{8316}{3.14 \times 98}  = 27.024567cm

X = 3cm

height = 6cm

radius = 21cm

formula for total surface area =

 = 2 \times \pi \times r \times h + 2\pi {r}^{2}

 = 2\pi \: r \: (r + h)

 = 2 \times 3.14 \times 21 \times 27

 = 3560.76 {cm}^{2}
